A system that you use for customers to set up appointments is horrible. A customer should be able to book an appointment in advance on a day an hour that is convenient for them. That’s not the case. When you sign in online it tells you the first available which may not be convenient for the customer. Although I love my Stylist I probably will stop going there at some point because of inconvenience that I am cause when wanting to make an appointment.
the service in deptford is always great. My son will not let me take him anywhere else as he likes the mvp treatment
