The lady that cut my hair butchered me and left me with red marks all over my head for a few days. I had to wear hats to cover them. She was very ruff with my head. I was going to this one lady But she does not work there anymore. This was my first time going back since she cut my hair and now I think I’m going to look for a different company to go to.

The deptford location is excellent! Took my child there twice and both great cuts by different staff. The one in Turnersville we had a terrible experience. I brought my two children there for their first haircut post pandemic. Both Hair past shoulders and wanted cut very short but both have cowlicks and both hair dressers admitted after the fact and cutting hair to scalp that they didn’t know how to handle the cowlicks so they kept cutting. I would have preferred they say they can’t do the cuts instead of doing a poor job. It’s expensive. I brought them to your company because you specialize in men’s hair. The kids sat well because they were 7 and 10. I didn’t say anything because you can’t fix it once done. But I’m glad we went to deptford where they are better.
