I always enjoy my manicure and pedicure with Colby. But it was way too cold during the service.

I always have a great time at Vis-a-Vis. Very professional, clean, friendly. Just during this transition time (with no front desk? to the keys and checking yourself in) you might want to have someone up front to help people... I didn't know this change was being made.

Each staff member that I have encountered has been extremely nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home! Thanks love the atmosphere and the services are top-notch!

At Vis-a-Vis, I am always taken care of and it is a very relaxing environment. The technicians are all very attentive and excellent at their jobs. I love the new check-in/point system!

Leigh was great and very professional. she ensured my privacy and was fast and thorough. she even offered me water to go. I also love the chocolates at the end! Thank you for another great experience.

Alexandra is always so great to see for massages. She asks good questions at the beginning to tailor the massage to your needs. I also love that at the end she gives you thoughts about how to address some of what she sees in your massage.

I love everything about vis-a-vis! This was my first time for a haircut here and it was as amazing as all the other services I've had. Emmarie did a wonderful job and gave me the exact haircut I asked for. She was very helpful in teaching me how to replicate the style at home and suggesting good products to use.

I really love Dani. I appreciated her explanation as to why certain products work best on my sensitive skin. Also, she did manage to use such a wide range of products like an exfoliant and a peel which I never had before.

The new layout made me question what demographic you are trying to target? I also already lost my card for the perks. It certainly seems much more "hip" but if your clientele is in their 30s or older, then having an established desk, rather than 2 or 3 locations to pay would be more convenient. I really wanted to talk to your lead concierge, Chelsea, and the 2-3 locations was not conducive to facilitate that type of personal conversation, which is odd considering that most of your costumer base are loyal, returning customers. I don't know, we return to this place for the people, and we want to connect, so does this lay-out produce or facilitate that type of connection? Not really. (just my two cents)

The second and third room DO, however, which is where we ended up going to talk!

On the other hand, it will get consumers to look around at more products.

I think the staff is extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise and love the work that they do.

The one thing that I feel hesitant on is the new set up in the front. I miss the white desk because that felt more inviting to walk up to. The little computer table right next the door seems abrupt and sort of in your personal bubble when you first walk in.
