Allie knows what she is doing. She recalls how I did the last time, follows my progress and gives good attention to the muscle groups that need it. the hot rocks were great!

One of the people who answered the phone was very short when I called. While she answered my questions, there were several long pauses where I could have been placed on hold instead of 60 second dead silence. She also hung up on me when I had more questions because she assumed the conversation was over, didn't even let me finish my sentence or tell me to have a nice day. I know this was an outlier experience - I would never make mention of this to anyone outside of this survey because I love the spa and salon - but hopefully this person reads this and remembers to be polite to clients on the phone. I thanked her several times during our conversation for her help and would have appreciated some small talk or being placed on hold instead of awkward silence and listening to someone mouth-breathe on the other end of the line. This experience and demeanor is not what I have known from Vis-a-Vis over the years.

Noelle is a wonderful masseuse, very skilled and professional. The spa is a lovely environment, staff are very personable and helpful.

Great feeling when you walk in the door. Courteous staff, offer of refreshment via coffee, tea, water. Great decor and music.

The service is always prompt and professional. Going to vis-a-vis is relaxing and enjoyable. I have been using Vis-a-Vis services for a few years now, but this was the first visit that I realized that parking was available - I've been paying for it this whole time. I would recommend notifying customers of this, as I assumed the parking lot was for staff or for the medical clinics in the building.

The staff is amazing! I really appreciate the color consult being done in advance of an appointment; especially for someone like myself that gets anxious about doing something different with my hair. Now, I can't wait to get it done! Sam and I were totally on the same page when it came to the color options and method.
