I love the food and the people working are very nice and best of all you're not waiting forever for someone to wait on you or for your food. The place is clean, thankfully the servers do not wear perfume/cologne its a nice atmosphere. They pay attention to you.

We are to Tennessee and we're looking for a good place to get wings. I had notice your advertisement popping up on my Facebook page but just scroll on. Well I asked a co-worker where to get wings from and her first response was East Coast Wings. So the family and I visited the restaurant and we were in love. The establishment was clean service was quick and server was pleasant and the WINGS were delicious. We are looking forward to spending more evening dining at East Coast Wings and tasting other items on the menu. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I am on a low carb diet & I liked the buffalo chicken with the lettuce wraps. Very tasty & I didn't blow my diet. It's hard to eat out & eat low carb. Thanks for offering this on your menu.
Everything was delicious and our server, who was a lady bartender, was very professional and aimed to please...We ordered bloody marys and she asked if we wanted spicy or not and I said, just a little with celery stick, lime, and olives. They were perfect for us...I loved my Mongolian Steak Salad and my husband ordered wings and loved them. We look forward to another Saturday lunch there.

Always the best food and the best service. Lots of choices for lots of different tastes! We have to drive an hour to East Coast Wings in Kingsport......sooooo worth it!!!!
