The workouts are awesome; just tried the 50 minute Tread workout and it was really great! I can't wait to try the 50 minute Strength workout. The coaches are excellent very knowledgeable and motivating.
I love the structure or the versatility of the workout plus includes it strength training which can be intimidating on your own. The overall friendliness and the atmosphere of having fun while working out. The heart rate monitor gives you feedback to make sure you are working out to give your body the maximum benefits.
I also loved how amazingly friendly and welcoming Madison and Alex were to make me fell comfortable on my first visit and workout. I was intimidated and overwhelmed by showing up and they made me feel so comfortable. I appreciated it so much. Thank you
The workout is always great and the coaches are fantastic. I always enjoy working out at Orange Theory Fitness. Lots of package options and classes to choose from.
I love that the coaches are so supportive and help to better the clients' understanding of the workout, along with the benefits of each exercise. It's nice having a coach guide you through the workout and push you every step along the way.
I also love the community that Red Mountain has. Everyone is so involved with each other, and you'll always see friendly faces whenever you step through the door. The staff does a great job at fostering a warm, welcome environment for everyone to enjoy.
The energy and vibe that comes from a quant environment. Feels easy to be there for an hour with split routine if 30 minutes each, music, and favorite instructor (s)
