I like the constant variety of workouts, the high energy the coaches bring and the accompanying hype up music. The challenges are evenly spaced out throughout the year and they have done a great job of building a workout community.
I love the high energy workouts and support from your coaches. It's nice that the workouts are always different, and that I can feel myself becoming more physically fit.
Independence, I like the intensity of the workout. However, what makes me want to come every day is also the amazing customer service of the staff and the trainers. They genuinely seem to care that I have an exceptional experience.
