Technicians were on time every day and thorough. We were kept informed during the tear down. The technicians carefully curtained off the work area. Finally, the area was completely cleaned after they finished their part of the job. Photos were taken to be used for insurance submission.

My hot water tank leaked water over my floors in my house while I was sleeping. I called Master immediately. The arrived in minutes. They brought out dozens of fans . With in a few days the everything had dried. Not damage to any of the walls. I am so greatful. Thank you.

Daniel and Rodney were very nice and professional. I had my 2 small g-babies here and the guys were very considerate. They were very clean and kept any mess to a minimum. They respected my home and were very careful about putting plastic on the ground very polite and always asked permission. The two techs, Blue & Chris were helpful & did their job very professionally. All the steps were explained to me. They worked along time into the early morning hours. I was satisfied with the job, except the cleanup was not thorough as one tube fell & insulation was blown all over the room and entry way, plus outside in the courtyard as bags were removed.
