The water problem we had was extremely difficult, as we had just moved into this house and had no idea of the problems that would happen before we even fully moved in. Keith and John were incredibly kind, thoughtful of us and absolutely put us at ease on every level. Keith was absolutely awesome. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered every question and concern we had. He was very professional, while also being very kind. Efficient and timely
I was discouraged from filing a homeowners claim. It felt like the worker was working for Allstate. The doors on my closet were left off. The water stained drywall in my hall closet was not removed, so I'm assuming it was sprayed so mold won't grow, but that is only an assumption. The workers left without saying a word so I did not get any explanation for the above. At this point I'm hoping these issues will be handled by the finishing company, but I think the behavior was unproffesional

Be more careful with stuff being moved. Box up stuff instead of just throwing it around. I boxed 3 large boxes and contractors boxed more.

The Service Techs, Jason and Keith, arrived on time. Both were pleasant but Keith's 'can do' attitude and pride in his work were apparent. Not only did Keith do most of the break down but he was the one that carried everything out of the house! He was helpful and willing to explain the situation to us. Way to Go Keith!!

Your company responded immediately by telephone on a Sunday, the night I called my insurance company. They were at my house the next day. Although the crew changed daily, all were pleasant and efficient. The work was done within a week. SM accommodated us by using the least offensive cleaners. Amber came at the end to ensure all was done to my satisfaction.
