Following a tornado, ServiceMaster personnel were promptly at our home placing tarps on the roof and then moving inside to begin removing water, taking down wet and damaged dry wall, pulling up ruined floors and then placing machines to dry out the house. They provided boxes and tape - everything had to be removed from our kitchen and dining room. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us in any way they could. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster to anyone. We could not have been more pleased.

When broken water pipes in the home next to me flooded my house, Service Master was prompt, efficient and took care of my home. Floor molding was removed, carpet padding removed, fans brought in to dry walls and carpet. Nick, the service person was very helpful to me.

The crew, Brandon and Nick, were very professional. They arrived promptly as scheduled. They worked quickly and were very thorough. They cleaned up all the areas and made the process as painless as possible considering how much sheetrock, insulation and cabinetry they had to tear out. Brandon arrived daily at the time he promised for checking on the fans and process of drying out the damaged areas. I had about six different crews in my house from sheetrockers, painters, carpenter's etc. and I will say that Brandon and Nick were tied for the top spot for being professional, thorough, and conscientious in taking care of my house and me.
