I appreciate that the crews that clean my house are efficient, thorough and friendly - and often go above and beyond the usual tasks for a bi-weekly cleaning to tackle trouble spots for me like vacuuming behind the couch and cleaning out the refrigerator. I am always amazed the crews can clean my house from top to bottom in less than 2 hours!

Very thorough and organized. Especially liked the check off list and the calendar with the cleaning dates highlighted . This is the fourth cleaning service I've used in the past 10 years, the first time for Merry Maids, and this will probably be the only one I use from now on. If you want a cheap hourly Spanish speaking ( no offense, but if you cannot speak the same language, it's very difficult to communicate effectively ) non professional person, this service is not for you. I wanted more than one person to first do a deep clean, then every other week maintenance on a fairly large house, and am willing to pay a little more to have a good job done and a team I could trust if ii wasn't at home. The deep cleaning was far and beyond what they promised , 3 people staying 9 hours for the price quoted for around 6. Making sure everything was done amazingly well, and making me feel secure that they deliver( and then some) what they promise. The only reason I did not give the full 10 stars is that they have only been over twice, and I have had experiences in the past where everything was fine in the beginning, and slacked off over time. So I'm reserving the the 10 for a few months of consistent great cleaning, which I have a feeling will be the case. Thank-you! Norrie Anthony
