The person on the phone that I booked the appointment with was great. Very thorough and responsive. Her follow through was awesome. I called last minute and needed service immediately. The team came the very next day and got the job done.

I like that they're quiet and thorough and they are insured. They did miss a couple of things for the first cleaning but it's understandable. Not sure I like the oil on the oven. Very easy to leave marks with it.
