They coordinated nearly all the details between multiple companies and kept me updated during the entire process. The staff was also very friendly from Audrey to the service supervisor that came out to evaluate the mold issue.
They were very quick to respond and worked diligently to take care of our problem. My grandmother is 91yrs old has dementia and is wheelchair bound and requires 24/7 care. The men that came out were courteous, hard working, understood our concerns regarding her routine not being disrupted and were a joy to work with during such a crazy hectic time for all of us. Plus the guys handled the clean up very well and were wonderful in ensuring their equipment was working correctly stopping by to check in each day the equipment remained at the house drying the basement.
The time everyone took to explain the process. The guys who came out were patient in answering all of my questions and Audrey from the office was amazing in helping me. I would definitely recommend you to anyone in need of services, or if we were ever in a situation that called for it again.

That I was able to reach either the technician or the office for anything I had a question about. They did their service right on time and were out when they promised. Great to deal with. One thing I would suggest is that prior to setting up your equipment you should go into detail with the client about what will transpire. Had I known they needed to move everything out of the room that needed to be renovated I would have removed all lamps, knick knacks, rugs, closet items, etc. rather then have them put anywhere by the technicians.
Thomas Flanagan was fantastic to work with. Mr. T. Flanagan took charge and did a terrific job along with his entire work crew. Everyone working with Tom was a polite and hard working. The level of professionalism demonstrated by the Servicemaster team was simply outstanding! I have rarely seen or experienced the tremendous effort that your people gave to address the needs I required in such a timely fashion. All I can say is thank you, and give a well deserved, WELL DONE!!!
