Most important you arrived a short time after I called the office. The technicians were polite and went right to work removing parts of the flooring, setting up the drying equipment and explaining the drying process. I appreciate that a technician even went into the crawlspace to check for any water damage. I hope I don't have a reason to call you again but I wouldn't hesitate if I ever have a flooding problem again.

My husband and I came home from a weekend trip to a bursted pipe from our upstairs bathroom. We had water dripping from our ceiling onto our couches and all over our living room floor. Needless to say, we walked into a mess! I called Service Master and they sent a team of highly skilled professionals to assess the damage and to begin drying up the water! I am very pleased with the attention to detail that we received from the whole team at Sevice Master beginning with the first phone call! There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but this company ultimately took care of every issue we had and did an excellent job of installing our new floor. It is indeed refreshing to find a company that considers customer satisfaction to be important. I would recommend them to anyone who has had water damage and needs quality restoration. We were one of those customers if something could go wrong it did. However after filling out the first survey Steve made a appointment to meet with me. I expressed to him it was not a complaint because I realize things happen but I wanted to give feed back so they could keep it from happening to the next customer. I later met with Catherine and she shared the new processes that have been put in place.
The response to my situation was very prompt. Steve Shockley has been outstanding in responding quickly to texts of voice messages. He's kept me aprised of each step in a professional manner(,,,,and he's got a great sense of humor ). Refreshing to work with a young man that has a true work ethic. Would recommend him and his team to everyone.
Quick response time when called on a Friday evening. 11/2 hr to a remote setting. Clean up, pack up crew were great and explained the process very thoroughly. All team members were experienced, reassuring, and took care of our possessions. No damage occurred to our personal property.
