We had a flood late on a Sat. night. Bruno came out to our house and let us know everything would be taken care of and his crew would be there Sunday morning. The crew was very professional and hard working.
From the initial contact with Patrick down to the smallest finishing detail, everything was handled professionally and with caring. Every person I dealt with was very pleasant, courteous and respectful of me and my home.
It has been a very long time since I have experienced the level of customer service you have provided and I truly appreciate everything you did for me and will definitely be recommending you whenever the opportunity arises.

In our case, we were out of the country when a flood took place in our home. We were immediately called by Bruno Brasso of Service Master in the Comox Valley. He assured us that his company had everything under control and they were able to arrive at our home "very" shortly after receiving a call from a family member. The dryers were in place shortly thereafter that minimized any damage to our drywall.
The performance of the young ladies and men who dealt with the restoration of our home from "beginning to end" were outstanding. Each staff member had their own trade and or duties. They were obviously well trained and mindful of us as owner, being polite at all time in answering our questions. They were conscientious and worked diligently from morning to night - until the job was done.
The whole experience was a "10 out of 10"

Customer service was excellent. More specifically, it was apparent that customer satisfaction was important, and they strived to achieve this.
All aspects of restitution were dealt with without any prompting - even to the extent that the carpet in our master bedroom was shampooed/cleaned after all the work had been done, despite the carpet having been protected throughout with drop sheets. A thoroughly comprehensive service in all aspects, conducted with courtesy, professionalism and competence. Absolutely NO negatives. Bravo!
