ServiceMaster Representatives communicated promptly, they showed up promptly, they were entirely professional and empathetic with my situation. The guys did a fantastic job cleaning up and we're done in a few hours. I was in a very challenging situation and that my hot water heater broke and filled the basement with one to two inches of water, two days before my daughter's graduation and party at the house. The ServiceMaster Representatives got us cleaned up and functional enough that are festivities could go forward. I am so very grateful!
