First time using a restoration business They arrived on time quickly remove all wet materials installation under my home. The manager explained what was the steps were going to be they brought in fans and a huge humidifier to dry out the rooms my advice to anyone be prepared for the noise for 5 days or more and if you have pets secure them in another room. They tell you someone has to be in the home at all times..the fans run 24-7 so be prepared...

Very professional and thorough job. Jennifer was an absolutely wonderful project manager. Aner and Rena did a superb job cleaning and ventilating the areas affected by the plumbing leak. Edgar the contractor did a wonderful job breaking down the cabinetry so the cleanup work could take place. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The technicians were thorough and efficient.The only problem was that they just disappeared when they were through, with no notification that they were leaving and no instructions about when they were returning to take the fans and dehumidifiers away. They left no paperwork, so it was difficult to get in touch to get answers.

Service Master responded very quickly and professionally. They set up all sorts of equipment that prevented and minimized the water damage to our home starting on a Friday night and continuing through the holiday week. We were very impressed. They had to take down ceiling and wallboard and did it without mess and they minimized the disruption in our household. We were still able to have Thanksgiving dinner for 14, without a hitch.

My dishwasher hose ruptured and both first floor and the basement got flooded. ServiceMaster were there the next morning. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up and taking care of all the issues. The guys were very friendly and made sure that every detail was addressed. Thank you for your great service.
