I want to thank everyone at ServiceMaster Restoration for your professionalism, compassion and courtesy. Our basement was flooded when a bolier relief valve failed. Coincidently, it occurred during a major blizzard which complicated matters. Your company was contacted through our homeowners insurance agent and a crew responded quickly. They mitigated the water damage, removed wet sheetrock and mouldings, cleaned the remaining debris and installed fans and dehumidifiers. They also removed water damaged area rugs and took them back to be cleaned. Communication between myself and your company was excellent and the office personnel provided us with a comprehensive statement which was billed to State Farm.
The field crew checked on us every day following the event, made sure their equipment was operating properly and removed the equipment when the basement was completely dry.
An event like this is simply an inconvenience. People experience much more traumatic events than a flooded basement. That said, it was a tremendous comfort to us to have your company by our side to walk us through the restoration process. Yesterday, our rugs were returned cleaned and wrapped and we look forward to putting them back where they belong, good as new.

I liked that they came back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction the ONLY thing is the first two men that did the initial cleanup, discarded my vinyl carrying case for my sewing machine without my permission and now I need to replace that item.
They are prompt and through and accommodating.
Although we had to wait about 6 hours before they first came when they did come they were quick to vacuum up the water and set the heat fans in place.

Throughout the water damage claim I spoke with a delightful Customer Service Representative named Amanda. She scheduled an appointment for service later the same day with Fausto and Sergio;they were prompt and courteous. They removed the water damaged padding and carpet while carefully moving my furniture. Then they brought in a dehumidifier and floor fan to help dry the wood tiles. After several days Frankie came and tested the floors for water content and then removed the equipment. All in all things went well.
