I (we) had an issue to clear up about our popup.. regarding its annual forever warranty inspection results- and while it took awhile to resolve - we were given courteous, ongoing attention by an Alpin Haus representative ( Randy Robb). He met with us in person, communicated by phone when needed and the issues were resolved amicably.

We have been Alpine Haus Service customers for 25+ years and extremely pleased with the service provided. Don Terpening (Sales) and Kyle Smith (Business Manager) did a fantastic job working with us on the purchase of a 2023 Grand Design Imagine. This was a long-distance transaction primarily handled by phone and email and included trading in our 2018 travel trailer.
Communications were very clear, and our questions/requests were addressed promptly. During my in-person visit to Alpin Haus in late December 2022, Don arranged to have the Imagine travel trailer moved inside so that viewing the trailer could be done at a comfortable temperature (much appreciated!). All of the paperwork for the purchase and trade-in was handled very smoothly.
We are impressed with Alpin Haus’ customer service. They will be 1) adding some modifications to the Imagine, 2) storing the Imagine for several months for us, and 3) transporting and setting up the Imagine at our seasonal campsite. We are very much looking forward to the 2023 camping season.

We had seen a particular used fifth wheel prior to arrival, Mike took us to view 2 trailers we were interested in - gave us time to look them over and discuss them both. There was no pressure and it was a comfortable and efficient process. We had been back to conduct financial business and then again to go through the trailer prior to picking it up. The staff at Alpin Haus Oak Ridge are friendly and helpful would recommend this dealership!
