When my house flooded I called and spoke with Rhonda who assured me that she was sending help. In no time at all Joe and Daryl took charge with removing the water, putting furniture on blocks and arranging blowers and humidifiers throughout, all the while assuring me that everything was going to be ok. Jeff was called in to remove baseboards. All 3 of them got us through the worst4 days. I could not have asked for a better crew! I hope I never have to experience anything like that again but if I do I know who to call.

THEY WERE HERE VERY QUICKLY. WE HAD BEEN TRYING TO SECURE THE SITUATION, JOE COMPLIMENTED US ON OUR EFFORTS , AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD TAKE OVER FROM THERE.. OH WHAT A RELIEF! THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND WORKED EXTREMELY HARD FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THEY WOULD MONITOR EVERYTHING AND KEEP RECORDS. THEY WERE HERE ALWAYS ON TIME DAILY AND WORKED UNTIL THEY COULD DO NO MORE. WHEN THEY TOOK SOMETHING UP LIKE THE CARPETS AND FLOORS, THERE WAS NO SIGN OF ANY MESS LEFT BEHIND. WE FELT IKE WE WERE IN GOOD HANDS! ServiceMaster arrived at 2 am, 2 hours after my phone call to the office to begin assessing and cleaning up the damage from a broken water line. I was very impressed the way that they came into my house and took care of the water and minimized the water damage with blowers, humidifiers and removing all the damaged material.
Mike (Stavig) and his partner came back every day to reassess the dry out and move the equipment around to as needed areas and do moisture readings. He also was able to meet with the insurance adjuster and advise him as to what they had done to minimize the damage in the house. Thanks to Mike and his partner for doing such an awesome job!
The insurance adjuster commented to me that "the smartest thing I could have done was to call ServiceMaster to come in and clean up the water and minimize the damage". That was good to hear that the insurance industry has confidence in ServiceMaster's abilities.
I've never used ServiceMaster before, but I know of their reputation for fire and water restoration. I would not even consider calling anyone else to help me protect my property.

The staff that came out (Mike and the first person to arrive after the flood) were very courteous, professional, and kind. Mike went above and beyond what I expected. Mike made the process of the clean up easy and explained everything very well. He is very good at educating the family on what the process will involve. I am going to have ServiceMaster complete the entire process of floor restoration due to the experience I had with Mike and ServiceMaster. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a fire or flooding in their home!

We like everything about ServiceMaster. When we called them late at night they were at our home within an hour. Joey was very compassionate for our situation. They quickly got to work. They came back every day for 6 days to monitor our situation, and to remove the flooring that had to be removed. We couln't have asked for a better group of guys. We will highly recommend them to all our friends. We also told our claims adjuster with our Insurance Co. about the professionalism of ServiceMaster. A job well done.
Rhonda, Mike, Bill and their crew were the best. Rhonda responded at 2:30 am and had Mike and Bill here in an hour. They were very, very professional; knew what to do immediately and started taking care of the problem without delay.
