Their communication and professional manner. They were very considerate and always let you know ahead of time when they were coming out and called when they were on their way.
I thought that you did a wonderful job. I had the same person each time and that was great. It wouldn't have been great if it had been a random person each time.
I think having a random person is very common and you don't get as good of service as having the same person each time. I know I wouldn't have been as happy as I am. The same person each time walks in and he knows what to do and where every thing is and what he did the last time. I know you don't do it this way very often and I am recommending that the same people be on the same job until it is done.
The technician were very efficient and always on time. When my insurance company contacted Service Master on the day of our problem, Service Master called me with in a hour letting me know that they would be here with in a hour. Charlie the lead technician explain every thing that had to be done. If I had any questions he would go through it with me and put it term that I could under stand. They then started removing every thing that had water damage. They also took samples of the sheet rock, and the bath room floor covering and sent it to a lab to check for asbestos, the report came back with no asbestos. Yes I would recommend Service Master to any one with a water damage problem. Keep up the good work Service Master. Thank you.
The people were nice, courteous.. on time and explained what was being done. - They tore out the walls, ceilings, insulation and dried out floors and walls.
