On July 15, 2013 my life changed. I returned from a trip expecting to find my home as I had left it, and instead I found a disaster, with water everywhere and my dining room ceiling about to collapse.
A quick call to our insurance company, and within two hours, your employees were in our home. I write to you now to tell you that these men have left an indelible impression on me. The way I see it, Dan, Rich, and Ian are heroes.
They walked into a soggy, very steamy house and went to work. And that work wasn’t pleasant. It was dirty, humid, hot and miserable. Yet these men never acted for a moment like any of it was distressing or even uncomfortable. They worked knowledgeably and efficiently, with amazing good humor, and they acted as a team. Actually, there was even laughter and they seemed as if they were really enjoying the process of rescuing us and our home. Every moment they were with us, they were polite and professional. And every time they left, they left the rooms as clean as they could possibly be. Their supervisor, Holly, also seemed determined that our house would be cleaned up and dried out properly, and it was obvious she knew what she was doing.
At a moment that was a bit of a crisis and very disconcerting, Dan, Rich, Ian and Holly were actually a comfort. We wanted you to know.

Service Master always comes to the rescue. This was my second time having them working with me. That's just what they do work with you, anything to make you breath easier. I had a freeze pipe split, and told everyone not to throw the pipe away, I needed it for the adjuster. needless to say, the oldest child, AHEM, (the one that's my age) threw it away, Thank God the team at service master took exceptional pictures of it. My claim could easily have been denied without it. Thank You Again!!

We cannot express our gratitude for Service Masters aid to us in this experience. All of the staff were hard working personable, and knowledgeable. Every step of their process was throughly explained to us. They always made sure task they completed was to our complete satisfaction. They answered our phone calls to them no matter what time of the day, and yes night too as this is when working people need them the most.
I highly recommmend them to anyone who is in need of any of the services. It is overwhelming to go through a fire, and even more over whelming are the multitude of responsibilities that the insured has to go through in order to complete ones claim, having the staff at Service Master there to aid us took off a level so stress from us that belies description.

The fast response was such a piece of mind! I was out of town and Derek was there when I arrived home. He stayed from 6-10 pm taking out all of the wet contents and followed up all week. I have since heard a story from a neighbor who waited days before someone showed up and then had problems with mold. I cannot say enough about your services and have highly recommended your services to anyone asking about the process of water damage. Keep up the excellent work!!
