My entire basement flooded, Jeff took the time to thoroughly dry it out and also explain the entire process. I'd never experienced a flood of that magnitude and I am so happy I called ServiceMaster..I highly recommend and will recommend them to anyone I know. I was so worried about molding but after ServiceMaster did their work, I'm now at ease.

We were out of town when our pipes burst. Kathy was absolutely fabulous in getting the equipment to our house. Jeff was very thorough, coming over several times to make sure things were drying out. He met my husband after they removed the equipment to explain what was going on. The communication was excellent - we got updates every day. They were also very empathetic to our problems. I would highly recommend Service Master.
