Everything was handled professionally. Kenny and his crew immediately assessed the situation and put us at ease. He obviously knew what he was doing and by doing it calmly and efficiently he put us at ease in what was a very upsetting situation for us. Throughout the process, our possessions werfe treated as carefully as if they were their own. I can't say enough about the help they gave us both physically and mentally.

The ServiceMaster staff moved in quickly and took action to stabilize and mitigate the water damage which occurred. Throughout the process, they demonstrated expertise, excellent communications, patience with our questions, consideration for undamaged property, management of our expectations and all around professionalism. Plus, we always knew in advance when the crew would be arriving and were informed if there would be any delay.
