I love all the classes! Great instructors. I would like to have a 5:30 pilates class offered at Juan Tabo during the week. Maybe replace the Bar class on Monday with Pilates? The new instructor is a Pilates girl!

What do you like about your Defined Fitness experience?

Love everything about this gym! It is an exceptionally fair price for the value you get with the facility, classes, and pool area. The staff is very friendly and I love the remodeled area in the Juan Tabo center where you are able to deadlift and squat. Can't say enough good things about this gym I am very satisfied with my experience here!

I always enjoy coming in to a smiling Defined Fitness Team Member. They always take the time to say something supportive like, “enjoy your workout”. I always like that they always tell me goodbye. It makes me feel like I am a friend or teammate, not just a consumer.
