Great center. Physical therapy is wonderful. Just consider changing the entry door to the physical therapy office so it isn't so hard to open. It's really rough when you have an injury.

Great selection of classes and programs to stay fit
Because of we have good equipment, classes and coach.
Going to the San Mateo location is always great! The front desk people and the trainers (when they are not out on the floor with a member) are very welcoming. Always in a good mood that is just contagious. The group fitness instructors there are really good, really motivating! And, the members that go there are very serious about their workouts, but, are still very friendly.

I like that its smaller and doesn't seem to be as busy during the times I use it.
The facility is gorgeous, there's loads of machines and few lines, love Schmoozers, the pool is great. The only thing we find super frustrating is the limited hours - especially on the weekends.
