What I like about LifeBridge Health & Fitness is the experience of the trainers and what is offered to the members. I like that I can setup a session with a trainers. The whirl pool, sauna and stem room for relaxation

There are always machines available, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly and helpful. I tend to ride bikes during warm weather and resist going to the gym every fall but, once I do, I wonder why I waited so long.

I believe Defined fitness is the best all around gym in Albuquerque. They have a very personable staff and clean facilities. They are always looking to improve the gym going experience for their members. Overall great place to workout.
