The classes are great, the instructors are fantastic and the members make me feel at home. Cornerstone has none of the issues that made me quit the Y and look for a new gym. I am really happy at Cornerstone! I've been motivated to work out at Cornerstone 5 or 6 times a week.
I like that there are multiple units of exercise equipment, so I don’t have to wait too long if anyone is on a piece of equipment. The day care is also great! All the personnel are great with my kids!

The group fitness classes are great. The instructors are wonderful. Equipment is always in good condition. Front desk staff is friendly and the place is always clean.
Staff friendliness and knowledge is exceptional. The personal training I am getting from Josh Green is making a difference in how I feel and how I look. He challenges me to do more and is always upbeat. I am 64 and my body fat is 12.6 %. I set a goal of 12% in 2018 and I’m almost there!

The equipment is great. Theater staff are awesome. I changed to defined for the hot tub and dry sauna. Lou in Farmingto does a great job keeping the in tip top shape for me
Good classes and teachers, friendly staff and members, not pretentious, wide variety of classes and equipment to choose from.

Unfortunately we not use it as much as we would like, however, that's our issue, not yours.
