Water biking, swimming and other pool activities.
I am slowly increasing my endurance. My balance is getting better. I look forward to going to the gym, that's a first. Elena is a God sent, she makes exercise fun. The classes are doable and I want to go back. I have a bad shoulder and the pain was unbareable. I am able to use my arm again it's amazing what a little exercise can do.

I'd suggest we don't allow ALL best coaches to give up on classes, as we may get to a lower level of engagement without Billy (Thursday) spin class or Sheila (Wed) shift one.

The JCC has provided excellent programs for my special needs young adult daughter. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, caring and fun. The programs and activities are well planned. Great facility providing many opportunities for recreation and exercise.

Ms Liz T is an awesome Pilates teacher. Her aura is incredible. Gives me that push I need to want to get healthy.

Great facilities and folks who work there are always upbeat and helpful. Too many things one can choose from to do and enjoy. Best place in STL area.
Janice, the manager, is always so pleasant. She is an asset to the Club. Also, Patti at the front desk, is great. She is personable, and always welcoming. I am happy to belong to Cornerstone in New Hope.
A few of the other front desk folks could use a bit more personality. Perhaps they just need to be told it is part of the job to be a bit more welcoming. It is not a major issue, just a suggestion.
And one more suggestion: often times there are no paper towels in the dispensers at the sinks in the men's locker room. Or only one of the two dispensers has towels. This happens most often on the weekends. And one of the sinks seems to be a bit stopped up of late--and it took a few weeks before this was tended to.
I like walking on the track and the family atmosphere.

Overall great facility! Really clean and pleasant to use. However, people do not respect the rules regarding children in the locker room. I frequently see young kids in the hot tub, as well as in parts of the locker room that are not indicated as “child friendly”.

The ease of the experience from start to finish. It has been user friendly to book a Normatech appointment through our cell phone app and find a slot that works best for our schedule. In person the staff does a great job at relaying information and walking through the steps nicely during the visit. I always enjoy visiting Coach K and interacting with the friendly staff!
