The two young guys that came to do the mitigation, Seri and another young guy were very nice, they had great customer service skills. However, the older guy, it may have been their supervisor, he was older than them and wears glasses, wasn't very friendly. My dad spoke to him and introduced himself by name, and that guy never acknowledged my dad. He came into my home and didn't speak. He has poor customer service skills. He didn't bother to give my dad any feedback or information, he only talked to the 2 young guys. That is rude and disrespectful and unacceptable. I would recommend the 2 young guys, but not that other one.

We have been very impressed with their employees that came to our house to figure out all that needed to be ripped out because of water damage. They were like the energizer bunnies too. They worked all day on the days they came (ripping up flooring and much more) getting our house ready for the next step-contractors. Thank you for all you did for us. We would not hesitate to one minute to call if we were to need this type of service again.

Everyone was supper nice from start to finish! I feel they went above and beyond to try to help us feel as normal as possible while still doing their jobs and drying out our house, along with the demo. I would definitely recommend them to others, y’all are great!
