4 hour response was no joke. These guys did a bang up job after basement flood. Removed all flooring and took drywall to rough-in and dried the basement out in 36 hours. Bang up job highly recommended. On-site Project manager took care of business, worked with insurance adjuster directly no bill for me no hassle no nothing, had 4-5 trucks 8-14 guys on site day 1 for all the major work, literally hours after I called. Unbelievable. Many thanks for your help with this unexpected situation. ServiceMaster Green Bay rocked it the F out many many thanks.

Service was prompt and workers were friendly. clean up was excellent, Some one was here every day to check on the job and humidity levels.
i talked to Jerred Nelson on phone in beginning and he got the job organized. job well done.
Ron then came to house to check what needed to be done, he as well did a good job getting it going. Every thing went very smooth when workers got going on the job.

Service Master was referred to us by our insurance when our subpump failed and our bathroom backed up into our basement. From the moment we started speaking to Justin and his team, we were immediately at ease given the horrible situation we were in. They all were kind, empathetic, listened to our concerns an addressed any/all questions we had. There was check-in every morning when they arrived and end of day before they left. It was also very helpful having the texts come when they were en route and when they arrived. We have other cleaning needs that we have looked into (air ducts for one) and they will be our first and only call. I will recommend the team to anyone I can!

Logan and Zach are amazing, professional, friendly, respectful. They go above and beyond. Can't say enough good about them. I would highly recommend them anytime. They came at night in an emergency, did everything they could, asked if there was anything else they could do. Went through extreme measures to prevent any damages with moving their equipment.

I like how your company is a full service company! I thought your company only did cleaning up of fire and flood damage. I didn't realize that you do the clean up, estimate of damage, dealing with insurance companies, demolition, and reconstruction. It's help immensely knowing that there is is company you can trust to get the job done in an overwhelming and devastating time in your your life!

Very efficient! The employees that were here did an excellent job. They were very careful with removing items from the basement so that they could get the cleanup done. Very thorough. If I had questions they took time to explain what they were doing and what was going to happen. I would recommend Jacob, Colvin and Chris without any doubt about the job they would do. Joe Russell was right to answer any questions and to assure me that they would take care of everything. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone!
