We had a water heater spring a leak that flooded the garage, laundry room and family room
downstairs. I called our home owners insurance company and they advised Service Master would respond within an hour. Service Master did just that. I was so glad to see them help with
the cleanup. Then when they were done, I was pleasently surprised that they were able to dry
all of the dry wall meaning the water damage was kept to a minimum. Thanks! Service Master.

The quick response. The time and detail that went into each room. Checking for sighs of mold. Spraying the pleasant smelling antibacterial along the baseboards and floors. Not thrilled with the very loud noise from the dryers and equipment for 3 days. Not your fault. We should have stayed elsewhere.
Very quick to respond and very professional
I had some problems getting my appointment set up correctly as they missed my timeframe twice because of miscommunication between franchises. Once they came out though they were fast and informative on getting everything done quickly and without causing any damage. I would recommend using service master 10/10.
When the tree fell on our house and broke windows, demolished the deck, damaged siding and chimney, your service was immediate in boarding the windows. In a timely fashion, your restoration service determined all the other vendors needed to repair the remaining damages.
I could not have asked for two men more professional than what we had. They were always on time, exremely nice and took the time to do things correctly and to make sure everything was done to the end. They contacted me prior to their arrival every time they came. Service Master came as soon as we called. They had a prompt arrival and got straight to work. He was very detail oriented and found all the water and removed all the damaged material. He cleaned up his mess. He even came by every day on the weekends to check the equipment and to ensure it was drying out well. He was gentle with our belongings and did an excellent job! We will definitely recommend Service Master in the future. Thank you!! Mike was outstanding!
