Your Service Tech Brandon FRITTS, showed up and quickly responded to Allstate Call for us. BRANDON FRITTS made a disaster, and worry and turned our disaster in to hope, comfort, professionalism and he was explained our situation so that we could understand. He has so much knowledge, and he made sure to stay in constant contact with us from beginning to end. Brandon was a very busy employee, with so many jobs greater then ours going on. But he treated us and our homes equally to every job that he had. When it came time, for the demolition and removal of all of our damage. Another employee named Bryan was assigned, with another gentleman that was with him. They did our demo, took them 1 full day, to do. Also exposing to us other areas that had so much water damage within the walls, so they made sure to remove that as well. Bryan's helper worked, consistently never stopped except when Bryan said it was lunchtime. As soon as they returned the helper went right back to working, never stopping. Even though Bryan walked around after lunch with a clipboard, and kept going to sitt in his truck on and off till the end of the day. When it was time to put up the dehumidifier and fans. I have to say, if the helper of Bryan works this hard on every job, he would be a good asset to you. Brandon made sure, to come by daily from day one to the day they finished, and to be honest me and my family were a nervous wreck, and lost when this happened. But SERVICEMASTER, YOU HAVE A TRUE LEADER, HARD WORKER, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEE IN BRANDON FRITTS. FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOU. Mike and Brandon were great! I left them a key and let them come and go as needed. They did a great job of communicating every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help get everything dried out. I would recommend then to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with Service Master. They arrived within 2 hours of calling them. They were efficient and helped us get our house cleared out after our flood. They have answered every question we have had and have communicated with our insurance very effectively.

The guys stayed in contact with me so as to know when they would be on site. As schedules always get out of sync.
I was kept informed when delays happened. They worked steady with very little direction. Daniel was great.

Nick Turner came out here by himself and did an amazing job seriously that guy needs some praise very hard working very nice and knew what he was talking about!

Our water line broke over the weekend when we were away. When we arrived home on Sunday evening to discover our house filled with water the Mike from Service Master was at our house within two hours. The response time was quick. Everyone was helpful and courteous. No complaints.

The Service Master guys were very professional & very punctual. Which was exactly what I needed in the time of my water disaster. The one thing I knew I could count on was for this company to be there & the work they do is second to none! Thanks for all you guys did to help me!!
