Your services were great. Everything got taken care of in a timely manor. Customer service was excellent and the workmanship was done correctly. We were very pleased with all the work that needed to be done.
We were out of town when the broken pipe created a flood. A neighbor discovered the problem after our request to check out the reason why our hot water system didn't seem to be heating the house. He called SM and they took over! They had the equipment to clear the standing water, remove the sodden flooring and walls, heat the space (including the garage) and dehumidify all areas. Job well done.

ServiceMaster of Chippewa Valley has been a god-send. My mother-in-law had a serious issue with mold forming in the basement, and was affecting her health. We tried contacting two other companies before finding ServiceMaster, and did not have good results. One company didn't show up for the job, and the other didn't even respond to us after we left several messages....so we were a bit discouraged.
Dave and his crew not only showed up... but did an awesome job. They did the job well, on time, were very professional, and were so pleasant to visit with. They were great about communicating to us what had to be done, and why. They told us how long it would take, and if there were any issues to worry about, health-wise. My mother-in-law has a hard time navigating steps, so they would even take pictures of what was being done in the basement and bring them for her to see so she could follow along with the process. As far as we are concerned this crew went above and beyond the call of duty! And we certainly appreciate all the hard work and effort. Thanks again, guys!

You were on site very fast and set up quickly to dry everything out. You came back daily to check on how things were drying out and made any necessary changes. Your staff didn't mind showing me what they were doing and what they were looking for with some of the equipment and technology.
