Communication. I was very impressed with how the technician provided information at every stage of the repair process. I was told when the technician began reviewing the problem, what the problem was (to include pictures), how much repairs would cost, when to expect the repairs to be completed and finally that my car was ready to be picked up.

So right from the start we were welcomed with friendly staff members. The waiting room is very clean and is comfortable with lots of magazines and comfy couch to wait in. These folks are top notch, we received a coupon in our welcome pack as we are new to the area. we put it ion the dash so we wouldn’t forget to use it. When my husband went to drop off our car we realized it wasn’t in the spot. Come to find out my younger son had moved it not knowing it was a coupon we were going to use. My husband and I were so upset. Finally had a coupon all set to use and hadn’t lost it before using! I told him maybe they would still honor it if you tell them what happened. The staff said no worries, and went ahead an honored it. Good old honest system. We really appreciated that and they will continue to have our loyalty for years to come. Thank you so much.

Everyone is always so nice! I’ve been taken advantage of at mechanics before (seriously, i once paid $175 for a cabin air filter) but the Christian Brothers team is always very honest and transparent. I’ll recommend this place to anyone!
