It is always a benefit when you can communicate directly with someone who knows about cars and understands the work involved in all the work items approved for your vehicle. Kristina was responsive, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end, answering my questions honestly and concisely.
Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I wasn't able to get my oil changed during my initial appointment because of the backlog of vehicles so I was rescheduled for the following week. My oil changed ended up being free of charge because they had to reschedule me. That is an example of excellent customer service.
