The pics, vids (it was a lil dark, but oh well) and thorough inspection that explained the state of my vehicle; The clarity of repair needs and the option to accept/decline each; Phone conversations and again, the honesty and clarity on how to proceed; Additional repairs/installations and advice I received, and Terry, who gave me a ride Home, was very cool.
