The treatment for cat urine was not successful despite charging $150 extra for stage 2 treatment. The area smelled stronger of urine after it dried than it did before it was treated. I was told that I would need to pay an additional $171 if I wanted you to try again to take care of it. This is excessive in my opinion. I used a spray that I got for $29.99 a gallon from Amazon and the odor was gone after spraying the area lightly once, 2 weeks ago, and has not returned. So I feel the cost of your “treatment” was excessive, especially for a service that did not work. And charging me that much only to tell me you would not stand behind the work and would charge me an additional $171 to “treat” it again was reason enough for me to not use your business again.

We needed carpets cleaned ASAP.. We got an appointment the next day. Omar, a very friendly, knowledgeable fellow, arrived early. Carpet was clean about the time he was scheduled to arrive. Very happy to have it done well, quickly, and smoothly.
