Lou is an amazing coach! I would go back to his class in a heartbeat. The workout was a strength 50 but my heart rate was up the whole time. I left feeling like I had an amazing workout.
I love the different challenges and organized workouts so I don’t have to do anything except show up and follow instructions! I like the attention the coaches give to proper form on weights and their overall encouragement. I like that the heart monitor and zones mean I can customize to my needs and track my improvement.
I just enrolled and have LOVED my first 2 classes. The coaches were amazing—so helpful and motivating. I would never work out this hard at home by myself.
I like how you are in a group but it is also individual. You have support and help when you need it but you also are in control of your workout. The coaches keep you on pace and help you with your form for weights if you need it. The other members in class are motivated and will also give you encouragement. I feel tired when I am done but not wiped out! I didn’t know if I would enjoy it but I really do!
I have not worked out in over 8 years, so I was very intimidated! The staff was so welcoming and judgement free. Helped me understand everything and answered all my questions. The coach Ryan was absolutely amazing and checked on me throughout the two classes I have taken. I’m excited for this journey and I’m very grateful for the team at OTF!
Ksenia made it worthwhile. That gal deserves a raise! She kept me working just below my limits the whole hour and I burned over a thousand calories. That's crazy. She rocks.
