OT workouts are amazing! The incredible Coaches motivate you to achieve your best while guiding you through challenging full body workouts. The format makes fitness fun and engaging for the entire class.
I loved the workout. I’m a personal trainer and felt that James had a great handle on coaching and correcting form. I wholeheartedly support Orange Theory.
I love that the only decision about Orange Theory is to go. I'm always grateful for a good workout. Coaches modify exercises if you have an injury and are so encouraging. Today's coach even texted to say, thanks for a good workout, and have a great rest of your day. OT is a community.
The coaches are incredible! They encourage you and motivate you to be your best at every workout. OT workouts are complete body workouts with amazing results. Truly, the best hour of the day.
James is one of my favorite coaches - I like his style with being motivational and not encroaching too much on each persons workout. He has provided feedback while maintaining a good coaching presence.
Would love to see more with the workout resistance bands.

I really appreciate that Orangethoery takes the guesswork out of doing a workout and includes all of the important aspects of a workout (strength, cardio, flexibility) into a one hour session. I was really impressed with how friendly Jordan and Caroline were and how they made me feel at ease and confident in my workout.
I like the variety. Wish if you didn't use you 8 monthly classes you could roll over them. Need to replace bike seats when they crack. They cause rubbing on inside leg. Thankful James swapped when out yesterday from the 3rd bike not being used. Would like an option from trainer how to get heart rate up doing cardio on the bike. Everything always clean, staff always friendly!
