Beginner friendly. However, it would be more exciting if the locations had a weight scale and a body fat monitor. That way, we can track our progress and update our profiles.

What do you like about our workout?

Variety, trainer engagement, and cardio that pushes me out of my comfort zone. I also appreciate the fact that the company gives back to local charities and causes.
