I like getting in a proper fun workout, with someone there to correct my mistakes and form so I know I’m not hurting myself. I also like that I am able to track my performance with the heart rate monitor. And above all, I absolutely love the playlists!
I am coming from a place where I am out of shape and am slowly working towards cardio and strength fitness. I like that I can take the workouts at my own pace and that I don’t feel judged when I am slower than the rest of the class or taking a break.
OTF Rosslyn is a great studio run by even greater people. The workouts are good and the staff really care about their members - sad I had to move away otherwise I'd still be there on the regular
The instructor realizing I was new spent a little extra time making sure I did the exercises correctly and I was not trying to figure it out on my own.
I get a great workout every time. The variety is great for my overall fitness as well as motivation.. the coaches are terrific. The community helps me stay motivated, too. I like that it is not competitive but still drives me to do my best without overdoing.
