What do you like about our workout?

It is fun and I would never be able to do this intense or length of a workout on my own. The instructors are good and I enjoy the atmosphere and music. I have only been twice with different instructors, so I was glad to see that they do different things in the weight room to vary each workout. The monitor system works well. I am 65 years old and have always been in pretty good shape from tennis and water sports, but am not able to do those due to a bad knee. I am trying to avoid a knee replacement. The rowing machine and elliptical machines do not seem to inflame the knee due to low impact and those machines do not cause the knee to bend much. I avoid the treadmill (impact) and the stationary bike (bending). I plan to do twice a week and I am active on the weekends, so I think this is the right mix for me. I am excited about Orangetheory and look forward to continuing with it.

Super friendly staff and trainers. High energy atmosphere with great music to keep you moving and motivated and an incredible feeling of accomplishment when you're done! Keep up the good work.

What do you like about our workout?

It's really fun and challenging. I've never been into rowing and I loved it. Great instructor-motivating and fun.
