First time doing any hot yoga class and i was very impressed Staff was nice and the place was very clean.
I felt comfortable in my first class even though I am very out of shape and don't know a lot of yoga positions. The instructor was very patient with me and made sure I didn't become discouraged.
It is an extremely tough workout and extremely rewarding!
