My experience with ServiceMaster was truly exceptional. On the afternoon of Memorial Day I had a flood in my kitchen and called State Farm in a panic. State Farm called ServiceMaster, and ServiceMaster sent out Ryan and Jason. These technicians were amazing. They assessed the situation, brought in fans and a dehumidifier, and took the time to examine the three units beneath mine. They were friendly, professional, relaxed, and informative at a time of maximal stress for me. On any normal day, this would have been notable. But that they were so willing to help on a holiday speaks volumes about their integrity and work ethic. I also want to mention Dalton's excellent service. Because he knew that I have a tight schedule, he arrived at my condo before our appointment just to make sure that I'd get in and out. Like Ryan and Jason, he was professional and friendly. In short, everyone I encountered at ServiceMaster was remarkable. I couldn't be more positive about my experience.
A plumbing leak in our attic resulted in water in our kitchen ceiling as well as one wall. ServiceMaster quickly responded to our call, cutting out the damaged drywall and setting up their equipment (dehumidifier, and numerous fans), allowing everything to dry before mold could develop. They kept the work area as clean as possible. The whole process took about 4 days to complete. They would check the drying process daily and we always received a call letting use know when they would arrive. All their employees are professional and courteous. We highly recommend them.

The incredible service given by Sandy Racowschi and Ryan June will not be forgotten. Ryan found $ in our garage and gave it back to me ... my husband is recovering from Cancer and I from a stroke due to all the challenges and here were two caring and honest people helping me. I grew up in a time when honesty..giving 100% and caring were attributes that were rewarding. Today, unfortunately, the majority of companies need to yell "Make a buck and shut-up" attitude is prominent and I am so grateful we have a company that has "old-school" ethics.
They were prompt, willing to help, on time daily, sympathetic to the loss, very nice n explained everything!
