Prompt, courteous, professional, job well done
Takes to long to get paperwork done before starting to get the water pick up to minimize the damage. It took almost 30/45 minutes before starting the cleanup. There were two people that came. One wrote up the paper work and the other just waited for more instruction. I suggest that a verbal /short form agreement should get the work started, then the major paperwork.

The guys arrived very quickly, which helped us get the water out fast enough to save the furniture, carpet and floorboards. Very thorough job. Very courteous & diligent. Great service.

I highly recommend Service Master. You responded so quickly to my phone request for help - actually within the hour, Ron your professional customer service representative was at my home and that same day two knowledgeable technicians - Octavio and Manuel were at my home, removing the water, mold, cabinets, and any damage that was done. Their fans were in place to dry everything out and all was taken care of in a timely manner.

The personnel were professional in every way. The office team were easy to contact and set our expectations well. The on-site team were polite and professional.
Your technicians were polite and competent, told us what they were doing and what we could
expect. Also liked that we were told that a technician would arrive between 1-2 PM or 2-3 PM
and not the usual window of 8 - Noon or 1 - 5 PM. They arrived within the hour we were told.

The ServiceMaster office staff was conscientious and professional keeping me informed of each step and providing photos to ensure that I understood the process. I didn't need to make a trip from Chicago to view the mitigation services.
