First time customer. Been a happy Great Clips patron for over 5 yrs. One haircut by DeeDee made Great Clips feel like an assembly line haircut. I just had her use the trimmers and it was the first haircut I can remember that the prongs didn't hit the knob in the back of my skull. Weird, I know, but that's the little things that make for great customer service. My first haircut in over 5 yrs that didn't involve pain.
