The Division Manager Robert Rising, came to inspect what kind of job will be taking place, and explained completely what it will entail and possibly how long. He also Answered any questions we had and was very apologetic for our mishap. The employees especially, Arnaldo Medina was very polite as well, and also explained how long the equipment will be there to make sure the water has dried all the areas. He came again 2 days later and remove some of the equipment, and then 3 days later to remove all the equipment, and all our rugs that were cleaned as well. All were very diligent in doing their jobs.
