The consultation that explained services
Drywall was cut too close to baseboards, should have left a 2-3" buffer to make putback easier. Now more trim will have to be removed.
The key of providing services are the people who are executing/providing the services.
Carl Sylvester and Alfredo did an excellent job in cleaning up my kitchen and basement after a water spill.

Sam and Derek were great! I appreciate how quickly they were dispatched to my house after my initial call. They were professional, kind and personable. They were thorough and did a good job of explaining what damage had been done and how they recommended fixing it. Fortunately, it was not nearly as bad or as expensive as I thought it would be. I would very much recommend ServiceMaster. Sam and Derek are great representatives for the company.
They were unprofessional, didn't clean up anything, did not have correct information regarding our insurance claim and handled the situation very poorly. For the cost they really did not do much of anything that I couldn't have done myself, except for having the fans. The only things they did were rip out the carpet, put in the fans, come back out and check that the fans were running, and have a bad attitude. The cost was horrendous for the service provided. My late sister owned two ServiceMaster's for years before she passed away. I can assure you this is not how her and her husband operated their business. I will never recommend ServiceMaster nor use again should I have the need.
Mr. Vandette did not like that we categorized the water damage as CAT 3 because he thought his insurance company was not going to cover the loss; however we had to use CAT 3 in this particular job because there was dog feces and urine all over the place. At the end of the job Mr. Vandette signed the certificate of completion and gave us very positive answers. We can only assume, that Once he knew how much the job was going to cost he turned on us. Our technician was very polite and knowledgeable and assessed the water damage correctly based on what he saw.
the guys for very professional , they work so hard to get all the water out of my home.. and to make sure there was nothing else they could do for me..before they left my home.. thank you for a job well done...
The Crews were on time every morning, very professional and very thorough.

The ServiceMaster people we worked with were great and very thorough and professional in taking care of our need.
It was explained to me what was going to be done. It was recommended that I stay in a hotel since mole was present. However, because of a recent hip replacement, I needed to be in my home. They sealed off the affected areas while the fans, dehumidifiers worked around the clock for 5 days. I was able to stay upstairs in my home and have continued access to special equipment needed to assist me in my rehabilitation.
Helpful in moving items in order to get the job done. Also doing the follow up to make sure everything was dry.

Where are the abetious removers
We are not sure about Mr. Murray's statement. Several people from the office spoke him in numerous occasions to maintain him informed on the progress of the job and to answer his questions. During the course of the water damage we found asbestos and we had to stop the work. Mr. Murray was promptly informed about it and he was told that a asbestos remediation company was going to take care of it. We gave him the name of the company and he was told that his insurance company had to approve the work but he continued calling us to find out when the asbestos remediation was going to take place. Every time we told him that he had to contact his insurance adjuster or the asbestos remediation company that was going to do the work,
Everything was explained to me. It took over a week to be called back, but It was because of all the other pipe burst needs during the cold snap.
