I had a gentleman named Aaron come to my home and he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable in his field of work, he explained everything that he had to do during this whole process and walked me through everything. I tell you it was truly a blessing to meet someone who very patient as it was my first time dealing with what I consider a devastating experience for me. I did not have restoration from this company but i did have demolition. During this time the young men came to my house and did their jobs. They were knowledgeable of what they were doing. I had five rooms that had water damage and I felt good with the job they did with removing all of the affected areas and drying the house. What I did not like about the company is the fact that they kept sending a different team each time they came out. I think when a team starts a job, they should be the ones to finish because they have first knowledge of what is going on at the property. But overall, all of the teams were great.

Very friendly and attentive employees seem to make sure our water damage was completely address, but I would have appreciated removal of staples in the floor of my daughter's room after the removal of carpet to prevent her or anyone else from accidentally having one stick in their foot.
