The Teams that mitigated the damage knew what they were doing and provided information on what they were doing each step of the way.
The only "problem" I encountered was a lack of scheduling return visits that had been promised. While each promise was kept, the timeframe a quoted were not always met due to some communication or follow through with main office.
All in all, the Teams were professional, caring and knowledgable about correcting the water damage to my home.

I like that the guy (Billy) always showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He was also available over the phone in case I had any questions. He took care of everything and was very comforting during a difficult time.
